We hadn't used a CRM in many years and Pipedrive had many more features than our previous platform. While it isn't hard to set-up, it does take some time and there are pros/cons for various settings. We would have figured out those pros/cons over time but it was nice to bounce ideas off CRM and ask them what best practices were. For us, this was the classic case of "we don't know what we don't know." As we got deeper into the platform we would find more questions. Ultimately, we are going to use CRM for another month or two after the implementation for ongoing support.
